Sol Sisters have been brainstorming on new segments to bring to you and came up with the idea of sharing some of our favorite videos we have encountered within the last couple of weeks. Sol Sisters watched the "Dove Real Beauty Sketches" video a couple of weeks back and loved it! The video made us realize how hard we all can be with ourselves. The reality that we create for ourselves needs to enhance our own reality/environment. We need to match how we see ourselves to how other people see us. By having a better perception of ourselves we can actually change our own reality and live a happier life!

Sol Sisters han tenido la idea de crear nuevos segmentos en donde compartimos varios de nuestros videos favoritos que hemos encontrado las ultimas semanas. Sol Sisters vio el vide de la marca de jabon Dove. El video se llama "Dove Real Beauty Sketches" (Dove, sketches de la belleza real). El video nos fascino! El video nos hizo reconocer como una como mujer o persona tiene una imagen algo negativa y personas alrededor de nosotras tienen una mejor imagen de la otra persona. La realidad que creamos para nosotras mismas tiene que mejorar nuestra realidad, nuestro ambiente alrededor de nosotras. Tenemos que trabajar en nuestra propia imagen. Al tener una mejor imagen de nosotras mismas estamos creando una mejor realidad y una vida mas feliz.
