What's New in our closet...

Hi loves! Its always fun to go shopping whether is for something specific or not...and its even more exciting to share your purchases with your family and friends. Well Sol Sisters love to do that too so we thought it would be fun to share with you what new items have made their way into our closets since our last shopping trip.

Sidekick-Revolutionary Megan!

Our beautiful sidekick for this week is our friend Megan. Megan is a friend that Liz met through work and she has always shown her own style and isn't afraid to push the envelope and  look gorge while doing it. Sol Sisters wanted to play off her edgy vibe and going off some pieces from her closet this is the combination that we came up with. Some of the elements that allowed us to play off and interpret that look were the biker looking boots, the rough chunky bracelets and our surprise factor was the hot neon pink. 

The camera was in love with Megan and we are so happy we got to work with her.

Nuestra hermosa sidekick de esta semana es nuestra amiga Megan. Megan es amiga del trabajo de Liz y siempre ha tenido su propio estilo y no tiene miedo de expresarse al limite. Sol Sisters queria usar su vibra unica y basada en su ropa esta es la combinacion que Sol Sisters creo. Varios de los elementos que nos ayudaron a interpretar el look fueron las botas de motociclista, los brazaletes gruesos, y el factor sorpresa fue el top rosa neon.

La camara estaba enamorada de Megan y estamos super felices que pudimos colaborar con ella.

Spikes/Studs Challenge

Hi guys,
Today's look is part of a challenge we participated in. The purpose of this challenge was to incorporate spikes/studs into the look. We decided to use the bolero jacket and after playing with it we decided to pair it with the leopard skirt because it enhances the details on the jacket. Basically, with the black/solid tank underneath allowed us to continue to place focus on the details of the jacket. Finally, we wanted to incorporate an unexpected element and thought the feather necklace in that specific hue added texture to the look. Enjoy and share with us your thoughts!

Hola chicas,
El  look de hoy es parte de un reto en el cual participamos. El proposito del reto era el incorporar picos o  clavos en el look. Decidimos usar un saco estilo bolero y despues de ver varias opciones optamos por usar la falda de lopardo ya que realza los detalles del saco estilo bolero. Basicamente, la camiseta de color negro debajo del saco nos permitio seguir poniendo el enfoque  en los detalles del saco bolero. Y para finalizar, quisimos incorporar un elemento inesperado y pensamos que un collar de plumas en el color que usamos anadio textura a el look en general. Disfruten y diganos que piensan!
